The NCD Church Survey includes the survey (paper or electronic distribution) and the suite of reports called the NCD Result Guides (NRGs).
NCD Canada offers professional review and interpretation of the results and can also offer NCD Companion support throughout the entire cycle—from survey set up to next steps and beyond.
Once you purchase an NCD Church Survey, the process is straightforward:
Set up your survey
You’ll receive instructions for setting up your church’s survey and identifying the people who will participate. Add the survey administration package to have NCD Canada administer the survey on your behalf.
Invite participants
A representative group of people from your church completes the survey online (paper versions are also available). Each participant responds individually and confidentially.
Complete the survey
Participants follow the link provided to complete the questionnaire online (or use a paper version). Once the required number of responses has been received, the survey can be finalized.
Receive your NCD reports
Your results are compiled into NCD reports that help you understand your church’s current health, strengths, and areas with the greatest potential for growth.
Review and interpret the results
Add the interpretive debrief package to have an NCD Canada Companion or coach help your leadership team understand the results—not simply looking at scores, but exploring the story they tell about the life and health of your church through an online meeting with your team.
Identify next steps
The survey is intended to lead to action. Your church identifies practical next steps and begins working intentionally on opportunities for healthier development. Add the NCD Companion support package for guidance from NCD Canada throughout your NCD growth cycle.
